We have several processing packages available.
All products are expertly cut, trimmed, vacuum-sealed and labeled by our staff.

Products are for personal use only, and will be labeled "not for sale".
Highland Farm can accommodate custom, Halal processing of our deer. We can also process goats,
sheep or lamb provided by the customer.
